The 50 most expensive yachts for sale now

How much does a superyacht cost? The answer is not so simple. Much like a luxury watch or car, the asking price depends on a variety of factors such as age, pedigree and finish, with the largest and newest vessels peaking into the hundreds of millions. To give you a better idea, BOAT International rounds up the 50 most expensive yachts currently listed for sale, starting with Lady Lara...

The upper deck sports a fresh water pool with counter current and the yacht also has a gymnasium with floor-to-ceiling windows. A six-person elevator serves all guest decks, with an owner's party of up to 14.

Predator

Asking €69,000,000 with SuperYachtsMonaco

Builder: Feadship
Length: 72.8m
Designers: Feadship De Voogt, Bannenberg & Rowell

One for the history books, Predator is not only the first Feadship to be delivered with a reverse bow but broke several other records at the time of her launch in 2008, leading to a World Superyacht Award in 2009. At the time, she was one of the quietest Feadships ever built – despite her four-engine propulsion package – and had the tallest engine room of any Feadship and the longest uninterrupted interior views of any yacht in her class. The superyacht also comes with two custom "mini Predator" style tenders and a helipad. Predator has had only two owners since new and benefitted from an interior refit in 2016 that saw her guest accommodation refreshed.

Polar Star

Asking €54,000,000 with Eastwind Yachts and Merle Wood

Builder: Lürssen
Length: 65.2m
Designers: Espen Oeino, Azure Yacht Design and Naval Architecture, FM – Architettura d’interni

Polar Star joined the brokerage market for the first time in 2023, nearly 20 years after her delivery. The superyacht underwent an extensive refit in 2016 and has been continuously upgraded, including a full repaint by Pinmar in 2021. During her refit, the superyacht gym was overhauled, getting a new floor, while the hexagonal spa pool was replaced with a more practical rectangular, glass-fronted one, flanked by large sunpads. Up top, the sundeck's hardtop was replaced with a vast 60-square-metre carbon-fibre opening one, promising a weight reduction.

N1 joined the market for the first time in September 2023.
