First-Class Hospitality at The Rendezvous in Monaco
Boat International Media are delighted to present The Rendezvous in
Monaco on 24 – 27 June 2010, in association with the Superyacht
Builders Association (SYBAss).
Since its debut in 1990, The Rendezvous has established itself as a
must-attend event for superyacht owners from all over the globe. At
this unique gathering of luxury yachts of over 30 metres, owners and
their guests will enjoy four days of first-class hospitality in one of
Europe’s most glamorous yachting destinations, as well as a fun-filled
day programme of activities and on-the-water events to give owners the
opportunity to enjoy their yachts and toys to the maximum.
DAY 1 – THURSDAY 24 JUNE 2010
Champagne Yacht Hop
The Rendezvous will kick-off in style with an evening of champagne and
cocktails on the docks of the magnificent Port d’Hercule. A relaxed
evening for all involved to get to know each other and make new
friends. Shore-side, a jazz band will get the party started while all
participating yachts are encouraged to welcome Rendezvous guests on
board for hospitality.
DAY 2 – FRIDAY 25 JUNE 2010
Cruising in Company
Leaving the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo behind, the fleet will
head along the coast to a picturesque beachside location for lunch and
swimming and on-the-water activities.
Bal d'Oceana
A black-tie charity reception to benefit international marine
conservancy initiatives. Celebrities, VIPs and guests will join yacht
owners for a gala evening of fine dining, dancing and entertainment.
DAY 3 – SATURDAY 26 JUNE 2010
A fun packed day of competitions and activities
Includes cocktail and chefs competitions on board the yachts, timed
trials, tender racing and water sports as well as a fabulous ladies’
programme including shopping in Monte Carlo’s fabulous boutiques and
spa treats.
The Rendezvous Party
The final evening of The Rendezvous is certainly one not to be missed
as owners and their guests enjoy a spectacular themed evening of live
entertainment, fine food and wine at the glamorous Monte Carlo Beach
Club.
The Rendezvous Crew Party
Crew from participating yachts will also have the opportunity to kick
back and relax, celebrating with cocktails and live music at a separate
venue.
DAY 4 – SUNDAY 27 JUNE 2010
Prize Giving & Brunch at Yacht Club de Monaco
Seven SYBAss partners, all world leaders in yacht construction,
associate with us for this exclusive event; Lürssen, Feadship, Trinity
Yachts, CRN, Benetti, Heesen and Burger. Many of the superyachts
attending will be represented by these yards.
Participation in The Rendezvous will be limited and early
registration is encouraged as berthing places will be highly sought
