Vulkan Shipyard to Sponsor Best Refitted Yacht Award
Boat International Media is delighted to announce a partnership with Vulkan Shipyard on the occasion of the fourth annual World Superyacht Awards.

As well as new build projects, the yard is also a trusted specialist in superyacht refit and repair in the western Mediterranean area. The yard benefits from a permanent workforce of 100 highly skilled experts, 42.000 m² of dry docking and 5000 m² of covered shelter for boats up to 52m.

Juan Pablo Molina, General Manager of Vulkan Shipyard, is thrilled with the opportunity to be associated to the World Superyachts Awards by sponsoring the Best Refitted Yacht Award. “Since its very beginnings, our shipyard has being involved in yacht refit. We are currently refitting a 42m Abeking & Rasmussen aluminum sailing yacht and have many more restoration projects in planning. We have a passion and enthusiasm for the preservation of great vessels and hope to further develop our activity in this field”, declared Mr. Molina, who will attend the Awards on Saturday 16th May.
The winner of the Best Refitted Yacht Award, as well as the winners of the eighteen other prized Neptune trophies will be announced at the World Superyacht Awards Gala Evening at London’s Guildhall in the City of London. The evening will be attended by an elite guest list of superyacht owners and the industry’s leading professionals, gathered to celebrate the best of the best in superyacht build and design.
